Founder & Director

Assoc. Prof. Aslan Hajiyev is the founder and director of Sulama MMC. With a PhD in Agricultural Sciences, Aslan Hajiyev is a specialist in irrigation land reclamation and drainage, contributing to the development of the sector for many years. As an associate professor at the "Land Reclamation and Water Engineering" department of Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, he is actively involved in academic work and the training of young professionals. He is the author of numerous textbooks, teaching aids, methodological materials and scientific articles on irrigation land reclamation and drainage.
