Founder & Director

Associate Professor Aslan Hajiyev is the Founder and Director of Sulama MMC. He specialises in irrigation engineering, land reclamation and drainage and has more than 25 years of professional and academic experience. He teaches at the Department of Land Reclamation and Water Engineering at Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction and contributes to the education of future specialists in the field.
