Astara Boulevard is located directly on the Caspian Sea shoreline. While its coastal position makes the area attractive for recreation, the high groundwater level posed significant engineering challenges.
We needed to solve two issues simultaneously: removing excess groundwater and ensuring reliable irrigation for the landscaping.
We designed and installed a drainage system, provided a water reservoir and pump station, and divided the area into sprinkler irrigation zones.
We established an integrated engineering system that protects the area from excessive moisture and ensures stable irrigation throughout the year.
