The most common questions about system servicing.
Yes. First, we visit for diagnostics — to check what’s installed, its condition, and what needs to be done. Then we provide regular servicing for the system.
At least twice a year: in spring — start-up and adjustment, in autumn — winterisation to prevent pipes from bursting in frost. There are also additional checks during the season: cleaning filters and nozzles, checking pressure. The exact schedule depends on the system.
Any water left in pipes and valves will freeze, expand and cause them to burst. In spring, this leads to cracks, leaks and broken valves — and repairs cost more than seasonal winterisation.
Both options are available. A one-off visit is for breakdowns and repairs. A contract ensures your system is always operational and we visit according to schedule. Long-term contracts are more cost-effective.
